2010-2011 Officer Election Results
06/15/2010 - The Lodge gathered on June 15th for a Lodge General Meeting held to elect our 2010-2011 Lodge Officers. Prior to the election, scouts and scouters gathered starting at 6:00PM in Hayden Lodge for a fellowship BBQ of hamburgers and hotdogs.
At 7:45PM, Chief Raymond Cheung conducted the election by accepting nominations for each office from the floor. Candidates were given a chance to present themselves before ballots were distributed.
The election results are: Lodge Chief - Daniel Kurtzer; VC of Chapters - Thomas S.; VC of Committees - Marc B.; and Lodge Secretary - Joshua K.
Several of the candidates ran unopposed and the office of Lodge Treasurer remains vacant.

Bylaws Ratified
06/15/2010 - The Lodge voted to approved changes to the Lodge ByLaws at its General Meeting on June 15th, as published to the Lodge on LobsterLodge.org. Discussion resulted in the addition of two changes to specify the timing for LEC Meeting Agendas and Committee reports, and the restoration of the original timing for ByLaw-change notices.
The accepted Lodge By-Laws can be found on the Lodge web site.
NE1A Officers
06/13/2010 - Arrowman Chris Gardner was elected to the office of Section Chief at the NE1A Section Conclave held at Camp Roosevelt. Each year at the end of conclave, the Section holds its Annual Business meeting including the election of the next year's officers.
Current Lodge Chief, Raymond Cheung was elected to the office of Section Vice-Chief. Having two section officers from the same lodge is quite unusual and can be attributed to the strength of the youth leadership currently in our Lodge. Good luck to both Chris and Raymond in the upcoming year.
2010 Vigil Recommendations
05/01/2010 - The Vigil Honor is a mark of distinction and the highest honor that the Order can bestow upon its members as recognition of one's unselfish leadership in service. Vigil Honor recommendations for 2010 are will be accept until July 31st and should be made in writing using the form provided below. Please be detailed with your submission.
