Located in the heart of New Hampshire the property that we now call T.L. Storer has been the home to Scout camps for close to six decades. The reservation is far enough away from the city to truly be an outdoor adventure, but close enough that it’s easily accessible from Boston and most of New England. Storer’s rich tradition, vibrant atmosphere and well trained staff make it the place to spend your summer.

After you have registered, please go through your doubleknot account to make payments or updates to your registration. Fees and Payment Schedule

The cost for summer camp in 2015 will be $375 per youth. Units may reserve space in camp by paying a $200 site reservation fee. The deposit fee is nonrefundable, but will be applied to the final cost of camp.

The payment schedule for 2015

Fall $200 Site Deposits with Site Reservation Request form are due (applied to final payment)
February 15th Initial deposits for each scout are due $50 per Scout non-refundable deposit
March 1st Merit Badge signups open on Doubleknot only Scouts that have paid the initial deposit
April 15th Final Payments for Early Bird; 100% for early discount
May 15th Balance of payments due.
After May 15th $25 late fee will be applied.Exceptions are crossovers and new Scouts joining after May 1st
June 1st All rosters and medical forms as a unit packet to the Service Center.

Exception: Crossovers and New Scouts with an application dated after May 15th may register without a late fee

Discounts

Early Bird Discount: Scouts paid for in full by April 15th will receive a $35 discount for Early Bird regsitration. Note: 2015 Webelos Crossovers can register at the early rate until May 15, 2015.

Campership Applications

Scouts should not miss the opportunity to attend summer camp for lack of funds. However, every effort must be made by applicants to “earn their own way”. Campership applications must be received at the Council office by March 15, 2015 along with a $50 deposit. Applications received after March 15th, will be awarded if funds are available. All applications are considered on a first come, first served basis. Camperships cannot be given after attending camp.


Refunds/Cancellations

The $50.00 per Scout deposit is non-refundable.
No refunds will be permitted after May 15th without a medical excuse.
If a Scout becomes ill or is injured while attending camp, and is sent home by order of the Camp Health Officer prior to Wednesday, the Scout will be entitled to a 50% refund, less the $50 non-refundable deposit. If the Scout is sent home after Wednesday, there will be no refund. Scouts who leave camp for behavior issues or by their own choice or for other reasons, will not be granted a refund. All refunds should be requested in writing by the unit’s Scoutmaster or Committee Chairperson. Homesickness is not considered a refundable “medical reason”. No refunds will be granted for any reason after August 31, 2015.
